וְהָיָה֙ הַנִּלְכָּ֣ד בַּחֵ֔רֶם יִשָּׂרֵ֣ף בָּאֵ֔שׁ אֹת֖וֹ וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־ל֑וֹ כִּ֤י עָבַר֙ אֶת־בְּרִ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה וְכִֽי־עָשָׂ֥ה נְבָלָ֖ה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Y el que fuere cogido en el anatema, será quemado á fuego, él y todo lo que tiene, por cuanto ha quebrantado el pacto de SEÑOR, y ha cometido maldad en Israel.

"for he committed an outrage in Israel."(Joshua 7:15) Rabbi Abba bar Zavda said, "This teaches that Achan had sex with an engaged woman. It says here "for he committed an outrage..."(Joshua 7:15) and it says over there, "for she committed an outrage in Israel."(Devarim 22:21).
