וַיָּ֥שֶׂם אֶת־הַמִּצְנֶ֖פֶת עַל־רֹאשׁ֑וֹ וַיָּ֨שֶׂם עַֽל־הַמִּצְנֶ֜פֶת אֶל־מ֣וּל פָּנָ֗יו אֵ֣ת צִ֤יץ הַזָּהָב֙ נֵ֣זֶר הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה׃
Después puso la mitra sobre su cabeza; y sobre la mitra en su frente delantero puso la plancha de oro, la diadema santa; como SEÑOR había mandado á Moisés.

Set [fasten] it on a greenish-blue wool cord, so that it will be on the turban. It shall be near the front of the turban.
