מִדְּבַר־שֶׁ֖קֶר תִּרְחָ֑ק וְנָקִ֤י וְצַדִּיק֙ אַֽל־תַּהֲרֹ֔ג כִּ֥י לֹא־אַצְדִּ֖יק רָשָֽׁע׃
De palabra de mentira te alejarás, <span class="x" onmousemove="Show('perush','Este es el <b>290mo Precepto Negativo</b> enumerado por el Rambam en el Prefacio a Mishné Torá, su “Compendio de la Ley Hebrea” para todo el Pueblo de Israel.',event);" onmouseout="Close();">y no matarás al inocente y justo</span>; porque yo no justificaré al impío.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
From a false matter keep distant. And when one hath gone forth from thy house of justice acquitted, and they (afterwards) find out his guilt; or one hath been brought out condemned, and they (afterward) find out his innocence,-thou shalt not put him to death; for I will not hold (the former) innocent, nor the latter guilty.
