Targum sobre Isaías 23:9
יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת יְעָצָ֑הּ לְחַלֵּל֙ גְּא֣וֹן כָּל־צְבִ֔י לְהָקֵ֖ל כָּל־נִכְבַּדֵּי־אָֽרֶץ׃
SEÑOR de los ejércitos lo decretó, para envilecer la soberbia de toda gloria; y para abatir todos los ilustres de la tierra.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The Lord of hosts is the counsellor against her, to defile the glory of all the objects of rejoicing, and make contemptible all the nobles of the land.
