ט֣וֹב לַגֶּ֔בֶר כִּֽי־יִשָּׂ֥א עֹ֖ל בִּנְעוּרָֽיו׃ (ס)
Bueno es al hombre, si llevare el yugo desde su mocedad.

It is good for a man to train his soul to bear the yoke of the commandments in his youth.
