Tosefta sobre Deuteronómio 20:6

Tosefta Sotah

(Deut. 20:6) "And who is the man who planted a vineyard and has not deconsecrated it? Let him go forth and return to his home." It is the same whether one plants a vineyard or whether one plants five fruit trees of five different species, even in five different towns -- behold, this one returns [to his home]. Rabbi Eliezer ben Yaakov says, I don't derive anything but a vineyard from that verse.
