וּבְכָל־דִּ֣י דארין [דָֽיְרִ֣ין] בְּֽנֵי־אֲ֠נָשָׁא חֵיוַ֨ת בָּרָ֤א וְעוֹף־שְׁמַיָּא֙ יְהַ֣ב בִּידָ֔ךְ וְהַשְׁלְטָ֖ךְ בְּכָלְּה֑וֹן אַנְתְּה־ה֔וּא רֵאשָׁ֖ה דִּ֥י דַהֲבָֽא׃

toi, aux mains de qui il a livré tout ce qui habite [sur la terre], les hommes, les bêtes des champs et les oiseaux du ciel, et qu’il a rendu maître de toutes choses, tu es la tête d’or.

and has given you dominion over them all And He gave you dominion over them all, so that even if you decree upon a horse, it will not whinny, or upon a bird, it will not fly, as it is said (Jer. 27: 6): “and even the beasts of the field I have given to him to serve him.”
