לָהֵ֣ן מַלְכָּ֗א מִלְכִּי֙ יִשְׁפַּ֣ר עליך [עֲלָ֔ךְ] וחטיך [וַחֲטָאָךְ֙] בְּצִדְקָ֣ה פְרֻ֔ק וַעֲוָיָתָ֖ךְ בְּמִחַ֣ן עֲנָ֑יִן הֵ֛ן תֶּהֱוֵ֥א אַרְכָ֖ה לִשְׁלֵוְתָֽךְ׃
C’est pourquoi, ô roi, puisse mon conseil t’agréer: Rachète tes péchés par la charité et tes iniquités par la pitié envers les pauvres, si tu veux que ta prospérité se prolonge."
