תָּקְע֤וּ בַתָּק֙וֹעַ֙ וְהָכִ֣ין הַכֹּ֔ל וְאֵ֥ין הֹלֵ֖ךְ לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה כִּ֥י חֲרוֹנִ֖י אֶל־כָּל־הֲמוֹנָֽהּ׃

Ils ont sonné de la trompette, on a préparé tout, et personne ne part en guerre, car ma colère est sur toute leur foule.

They sound the shofar When the enemy comes upon them, they prepare themselves for war, but no one will go out to fight.
