וַיֹּאמְר֗וּ רָא֣וֹ רָאִינוּ֮ כִּֽי־הָיָ֣ה יְהוָ֣ה ׀ עִמָּךְ֒ וַנֹּ֗אמֶר תְּהִ֨י נָ֥א אָלָ֛ה בֵּינוֹתֵ֖ינוּ בֵּינֵ֣ינוּ וּבֵינֶ֑ךָ וְנִכְרְתָ֥ה בְרִ֖ית עִמָּֽךְ׃
Ils répondirent: "Nous avons bien vu que le Seigneur était avec toi et nous avons dit: ‘Oh! qu’il y ait un engagement réciproque entre nous et toi!’ Nous voudrions conclure ce pacte avec toi,

תהי נא אלה, which is בינותינו, between your father and me should remain in force also between בינינו, ובינך, between you and me.
