אַשּׁ֣וּר ׀ לֹ֣א יוֹשִׁיעֵ֗נוּ עַל־סוּס֙ לֹ֣א נִרְכָּ֔ב וְלֹא־נֹ֥אמַר ע֛וֹד אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ לְמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדֵ֑ינוּ אֲשֶׁר־בְּךָ֖ יְרֻחַ֥ם יָתֽוֹם׃
Nous ne voulons plus de l’appui d’Achour, nous ne monterons plus sur les chevaux [de l’étranger], et nous ne dirons plus: "Nos dieux!" à l’œuvre de nos mains; car auprès de toi seul le délaissé trouve compassion.
