אִם־לְשֵׁ֥בֶט אִם־לְאַרְצ֑וֹ אִם־לְ֝חֶ֗סֶד יַמְצִאֵֽהוּ׃

Il les suscite tantôt comme un fléau pour la terre, tantôt comme une source de bienfaits.
