מַגִּ֤יד מֵֽרֵאשִׁית֙ אַחֲרִ֔ית וּמִקֶּ֖דֶם אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־נַעֲשׂ֑וּ אֹמֵר֙ עֲצָתִ֣י תָק֔וּם וְכָל־חֶפְצִ֖י אֶעֱשֶֽׂה׃
Dès le début, j’annonce les choses futures, et longtemps d’avance ce qui n’est pas encore accompli; je parle ma décision demeure, et tout ce que je veux, je le réalise.
