שָׁמַ֥עְנוּ גְאוֹן־מוֹאָ֖ב גֵּ֣א מְאֹ֑ד גַּאֲוָת֧וֹ וּגְאוֹנ֛וֹ וְעֶבְרָת֖וֹ לֹא־כֵ֥ן בַּדָּֽיו׃ (ס)

"Nous connaissons l’orgueil de Moab, cet orgueil excessif, sa fierté, son arrogance, sa présomption et ses vantardises sans fondement."
