Tze'enah Ure'enah
“But you, have no fear My servant Jacob, and do not be dismayed Israel” [46:27]. You should not be afraid My servant Jacob and you should not be dismayed. That is, the Israelites, the righteous ones who are among the Egyptians. They should not be afraid when Nebuchadnezzar will attack Egypt.8Rashi, Jeremiah, 46:27.
Tze'enah Ure'enah
“I will deliver you from far away, etc.” [46:27]. I will bring your helper from far away and your offspring from the land of their captivity. Jacob will be quiet and at ease. He will not be afraid.
Rashi
You fear not The righteous men who were in Egypt, who were exiled there against their will.
