לֶאֱד֗וֹם כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֔וֹת הַאֵ֥ין ע֛וֹד חָכְמָ֖ה בְּתֵימָ֑ן אָבְדָ֤ה עֵצָה֙ מִבָּנִ֔ים נִסְרְחָ֖ה חָכְמָתָֽם׃
A Edom. Ainsi parle l’Éternel-Cebaot: "N’y a-t-il plus de sagesse à Têmân? l’entendement a-t-il péri chez les gens avisés? leur esprit s’est-il évanoui?

in the south? Edom is in the south of Eretz Israel, as it is stated. “And your south side shall be from the desert of Zin close by the side of Edom” (Num. 34:3).
