וְהָיָ֡ה כִּ֣י תִרְבּוּ֩ וּפְרִיתֶ֨ם בָּאָ֜רֶץ בַּיָּמִ֤ים הָהֵ֙מָּה֙ נְאֻם־יְהוָ֔ה לֹא־יֹ֣אמְרוּ ע֗וֹד אֲרוֹן֙ בְּרִית־יְהוָ֔ה וְלֹ֥א יַעֲלֶ֖ה עַל־לֵ֑ב וְלֹ֤א יִזְכְּרוּ־בוֹ֙ וְלֹ֣א יִפְקֹ֔דוּ וְלֹ֥א יֵעָשֶׂ֖ה עֽוֹד׃
Alors, quand vous serez devenus, à cette époque, nombreux et prospères dans le pays, déclare l’Éternel, on ne dira plus: Arche de l’Alliance du Seigneur! La pensée n’en reviendra plus à l’esprit, on n’en rappellera plus le souvenir ni on n’en remarquera l’absence: on n’en fera plus d’autre.
