הֹבִ֣ישׁוּ חֲכָמִ֔ים חַ֖תּוּ וַיִּלָּכֵ֑דוּ הִנֵּ֤ה בִדְבַר־יְהוָה֙ מָאָ֔סוּ וְחָכְמַֽת־מֶ֖ה לָהֶֽם׃ (ס)
Ils seront couverts de confusion, ces sages. Ils seront pris de terreur, ils seront capturés; aussi bien, ils ont traité avec dédain la parole de l’Éternel: en quoi consiste donc leur sagesse?

Wise men were ashamed i.e., wise men like you. And what is the shame? Behold, they rejected the word of the Lord, now what wisdom have they?
