בְּהִתְהַלֶּכְךָ֨ ׀ תַּנְחֶ֬ה אֹתָ֗ךְ בְּֽ֭שָׁכְבְּךָ תִּשְׁמֹ֣ר עָלֶ֑יךָ וַ֝הֲקִיצ֗וֹתָ הִ֣יא תְשִׂיחֶֽךָ׃

Qu’ils te guident dans tes marches, veillent sur ton repos et te soient un sujet d’entretien à ton réveil.

When you walk in your lifetime.

it shall lead you Heb. תנחה אותך, like תנהיגך.

when you lie down in the grave.

and when you awaken for the resurrection of the dead, to stand in judgment.

it shall speak for you It shall speak on your behalf.
