וְעַל֩ שַׁ֨עַר הָעַ֜יִן וְנֶגְדָּ֗ם עָלוּ֙ עַֽל־מַעֲלוֹת֙ עִ֣יר דָּוִ֔יד בַּֽמַּעֲלֶ֖ה לַחוֹמָ֑ה מֵעַל֙ לְבֵ֣ית דָּוִ֔יד וְעַ֛ד שַׁ֥עַר הַמַּ֖יִם מִזְרָֽח׃
[Ils arrivèrent] à la porte de la source et gravirent droit devant eux, par les degrés de la ville de David, la montée du mur s’élevant au-dessus du palais du roi et jusqu’à la porte de l’eau à l’est.
