בְּאֵ֣ין תַּ֭חְבֻּלוֹת יִפָּל־עָ֑ם וּ֝תְשׁוּעָ֗ה בְּרֹ֣ב יוֹעֵֽץ׃

Faute de direction, un peuple tombe; son salut réside dans la multitude de ses conseillers.

Without strategy When trouble befalls Israel, and they do not put their heart to understand, to fast and to repent, the people will fall.
