גָּד֣וֹל כְּ֭בוֹדוֹ בִּישׁוּעָתֶ֑ךָ ה֥וֹד וְ֝הָדָר תְּשַׁוֶּ֥ה עָלָֽיו׃

Grande est sa gloire, grâce à ton appui; tu lui as prodigué splendeur et magnificence.

You place Heb. תשוה Menachem (p. 171) interpreted: תשוה, תשים, and תשית have the same meaning.
