שָׁ֤וְא לָכֶ֨ם ׀ מַשְׁכִּ֪ימֵי ק֡וּם מְאַֽחֲרֵי־שֶׁ֗בֶת אֹ֭כְלֵי לֶ֣חֶם הָעֲצָבִ֑ים כֵּ֤ן יִתֵּ֖ן לִֽידִיד֣וֹ שֵׁנָֽא׃

C’est en vain que vous avancez l’heure du lever, que vous prolongez tard vos veilles, mangeant un pain péniblement gagné! A celui qu’il aime [Dieu] donne le nécessaire pendant son sommeil.
