Halakhah sur L’Exode 28:32
וְהָיָ֥ה פִֽי־רֹאשׁ֖וֹ בְּתוֹכ֑וֹ שָׂפָ֡ה יִֽהְיֶה֩ לְפִ֨יו סָבִ֜יב מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה אֹרֵ֗ג כְּפִ֥י תַחְרָ֛א יִֽהְיֶה־לּ֖וֹ לֹ֥א יִקָּרֵֽעַ׃
L’ouverture supérieure sera infléchie; cette ouverture sera garnie, tout autour, d’un ourlet tissu et sera faite comme l’ouverture d’une cotte de mailles, pour qu’elle ne se déchire point.

To not tear the coat of the priests: To not tear the opening of the coat of the high priest, as it is stated (Exodus 28:32), "it shall not be torn."
