כִּי־רָ֣ם יְ֭הוָה וְשָׁפָ֣ל יִרְאֶ֑ה וְ֝גָבֹ֗הַּ מִמֶּרְחָ֥ק יְיֵדָֽע׃
Oui, l’Éternel réside dans les hauteurs et il voit celui qui est humble, comme il discerne de loin celui qui est élevé.

From afar the Most High (Ps. 138:6) has established a decree and has bequeathed of His wisdom to those who fear Him. His lightnings, judgments, and laws will light up (Ps. 97:4) to open blinded eyes (Isa. 42:7) which have never seen the light of Your heavens. They fall and err in mockery. Far from men they swing (Job 28:4), as in a desert.
