Midrash sur Jérémie 3:23
אָכֵ֥ן לַשֶּׁ֛קֶר מִגְּבָע֖וֹת הָמ֣וֹן הָרִ֑ים אָכֵן֙ בַּיהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ תְּשׁוּעַ֖ת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
A coup sûr, ce n’était que mensonge ce qui venait des collines, ces attroupements dans les montagnes! à coup sûr, c’est en l’Éternel, notre Dieu, qu’est le salut d’Israël!

4) R. Yehudah says: It is written (Jeremiah 3:23) "And you have polluted the land with your harlotries and with your wickedness. Therefore, the showers have been withheld, and there has been no latter rain; and you had a harlot's forehead; you refused to be ashamed."
