וַיּוֹצֵ֣א מִשָּׁ֗ם אֶת־כָּל־אוֹצְרוֹת֙ בֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה וְאֽוֹצְר֖וֹת בֵּ֣ית הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַיְקַצֵּ֞ץ אֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵ֣י הַזָּהָ֗ב אֲשֶׁ֨ר עָשָׂ֜ה שְׁלֹמֹ֤ה מֶֽלֶךְ־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ בְּהֵיכַ֣ל יְהוָ֔ה כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃
Il emporta de Jérusalem tous les trésors de la maison de Dieu, ainsi que les trésors du palais royal, et il mit en pièces tous les vases d’or faits par Salomon pour le sanctuaire divin. C’est ce que l’Éternel avait prédit.

[Daniel 1:2] Va-yiten (וַיִּתֵּן - And [the Lord] delivered): It is written: “and some of the vessels of the House of God.” [It says "some"] because it was during the exile of Jehoiachin that the precious vessels (k'lei chemdat - כְּלֵי חֶמְדַּת, cf. II Chronicles 36:10) of the House of the Lord were brought to Babylon. For thus it is written [regarding Jehoiachin's exile]: “and the treasures of the House of the Lord, and the treasures of the king's house” [II Kings 24:13].
