שַׁבַּ֨ת שַׁבָּת֥וֹן הִיא֙ לָכֶ֔ם וְעִנִּיתֶ֖ם אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑ם חֻקַּ֖ת עוֹלָֽם׃
C’est pour vous un sabbat, un sabbat solennel, où vous devez mortifier vos personnes: loi perpétuelle.

It is a Shabbos of complete rest for you and you shall afflict yourselves on the ninth day of the month at evening; from evening to evening you shall rest, on your day of rest.
