כִּי־אֵ֭פֶר כַּלֶּ֣חֶם אָכָ֑לְתִּי וְ֝שִׁקֻּוַ֗י בִּבְכִ֥י מָסָֽכְתִּי׃
Car j’ai mangé des cendres comme du pain; à mon breuvage j’ai mêlé mes larmes,
