וַיֵּצֵ֨א הָאֱמֹרִ֜י הַיֹּשֵׁ֨ב בָּהָ֤ר הַהוּא֙ לִקְרַאתְכֶ֔ם וַיִּרְדְּפ֣וּ אֶתְכֶ֔ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּעֲשֶׂ֖ינָה הַדְּבֹרִ֑ים וַֽיַּכְּת֥וּ אֶתְכֶ֛ם בְּשֵׂעִ֖יר עַד־חָרְמָֽה׃
L’Amorréen, qui occupe cette montagne, marcha à votre rencontre; et ils vous poursuivirent comme font les abeilles, et ils vous taillèrent en pièces dans Séir, jusqu’à Horma.
Targum Jonathan on Deuteronomy
And the Amoraah who dwelt in that mountain came out to meet you, and pursued you, as they drive away and destroy hornets, and smote you from Gebal unto Hormah.

And they chased you as bees are chased, and slew you in Gebal unto destruction.
