לְמַ֗עַן אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹֽא־יְלַמְּד֤וּ אֶתְכֶם֙ לַעֲשׂ֔וֹת כְּכֹל֙ תּֽוֹעֲבֹתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשׂ֖וּ לֵֽאלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם וַחֲטָאתֶ֖ם לַיהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ (ס)
afin qu’ils ne vous apprennent pas à imiter toutes les abominations commises par eux en l’honneur de leurs dieux, et à devenir coupables envers l’Éternel, votre Dieu.

that they may not teach you to do after their abominations with which they have served their idols, and you sin before the Lord your God.
