Targoum sur Le Deutéronome 4:49

וְכָל־הָ֨עֲרָבָ֜ה עֵ֤בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן֙ מִזְרָ֔חָה וְעַ֖ד יָ֣ם הָעֲרָבָ֑ה תַּ֖חַת אַשְׁדֹּ֥ת הַפִּסְגָּֽה׃ (פ)

et toute la Plaine du côté oriental du Jourdain jusqu’à la mer de la Plaine, sous le versant du Pisga.

and all the plain beyond Jordan, eastward, unto the sea that is in the plain under the spring of the heights.
