Targoum sur L’Exode 18:15
וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה לְחֹתְנ֑וֹ כִּֽי־יָבֹ֥א אֵלַ֛י הָעָ֖ם לִדְרֹ֥שׁ אֱלֹהִֽים׃
Moïse répondit à son beau-père: "C’est que le peuple vient à moi pour consulter le Seigneur.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And Mosheh said to his father-in-law, Because the people come to me to inquire for instruction from before the Lord.
