Targoum sur L’Exode 23:30
מְעַ֥ט מְעַ֛ט אֲגָרְשֶׁ֖נּוּ מִפָּנֶ֑יךָ עַ֚ד אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּפְרֶ֔ה וְנָחַלְתָּ֖ אֶת־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
je l’expulserai de devant toi successivement, jusqu’à ce que, devenu nombreux, tu puisses occuper tout le pays.

By little and little I will drive them out before thee, until thou art increased, and inherit the land.
