Targoum sur L’Exode 7:18

וְהַדָּגָ֧ה אֲשֶׁר־בַּיְאֹ֛ר תָּמ֖וּת וּבָאַ֣שׁ הַיְאֹ֑ר וְנִלְא֣וּ מִצְרַ֔יִם לִשְׁתּ֥וֹת מַ֖יִם מִן־הַיְאֹֽר׃ (ס)

Les poissons du fleuve périront et le fleuve deviendra infect et les Égyptiens renonceront à boire de ses eaux.’ "

And the fish that are in the river shall die, and the river become foul, and the Mizraee shall desist from drinking water from the river.
