Targoum sur L’Exode 1:7

וּבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל פָּר֧וּ וַֽיִּשְׁרְצ֛וּ וַיִּרְבּ֥וּ וַיַּֽעַצְמ֖וּ בִּמְאֹ֣ד מְאֹ֑ד וַתִּמָּלֵ֥א הָאָ֖רֶץ אֹתָֽם׃ (פ)

Or, les enfants d’Israël avaient augmenté, pullulé, étaient devenus prodigieusement nombreux et ils remplissaient la contrée.

And the souls of Israel increased, and multiplied children, and became strong, and prevailed greatly, and the land was filled with them.
