וַיֵּ֣רֶד יְהוָ֔ה לִרְאֹ֥ת אֶת־הָעִ֖יר וְאֶת־הַמִּגְדָּ֑ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר בָּנ֖וּ בְּנֵ֥י הָאָדָֽם׃
Le Seigneur descendit sur la terre, pour voir la ville et la tour que bâtissaient les fils de l’homme;
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And the Lord was revealed to punish them for the work of the city and the tower which the sons of men builded.
