Targoum sur La Genèse 17:25

וְיִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל בְּנ֔וֹ בֶּן־שְׁלֹ֥שׁ עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה שָׁנָ֑ה בְּהִ֨מֹּל֔וֹ אֵ֖ת בְּשַׂ֥ר עָרְלָתֽוֹ׃

Ismaël, son fils, était âgé de treize ans, lorsque la chair de son excroissance fut retranchée.

And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old when he circumcised the foreskin of his flesh.
