Targoum sur La Genèse 24:11

וַיַּבְרֵ֧ךְ הַגְּמַלִּ֛ים מִח֥וּץ לָעִ֖יר אֶל־בְּאֵ֣ר הַמָּ֑יִם לְעֵ֣ת עֶ֔רֶב לְעֵ֖ת צֵ֥את הַשֹּׁאֲבֹֽת׃

Il fit reposer les chameaux hors de la ville, près de la fontaine; c’était vers le soir, au temps où les femmes viennent puiser de l’eau.

And he made the camels lie down without the city by the fountain of waters, at the time of evening, the time when the fillers (of water) come forth.
