וַיִּמְלְא֥וּ יָמֶ֖יהָ לָלֶ֑דֶת וְהִנֵּ֥ה תוֹמִ֖ם בְּבִטְנָֽהּ׃
L’époque de sa délivrance arrivée, il se trouva qu’elle portait des jumeaux.
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And the two hundred and seventy days of her being with child were completed to bring forth; and, behold, twins were in her womb.
