Targoum sur La Genèse 31:31
וַיַּ֥עַן יַעֲקֹ֖ב וַיֹּ֣אמֶר לְלָבָ֑ן כִּ֣י יָרֵ֔אתִי כִּ֣י אָמַ֔רְתִּי פֶּן־תִּגְזֹ֥ל אֶת־בְּנוֹתֶ֖יךָ מֵעִמִּֽי׃
Jacob répondit en ces termes à Laban: "J’ai craint, parce que je me disais que tu pourrais m’enlever de force tes filles.
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And Jakob answered and said to Laban, Because I feared, and said, Lest thou violently take away thy daughters from me.
