הָיִ֧יתִי בַיּ֛וֹם אֲכָלַ֥נִי חֹ֖רֶב וְקֶ֣רַח בַּלָּ֑יְלָה וַתִּדַּ֥ד שְׁנָתִ֖י מֵֽעֵינָֽי׃

J’étais, le jour, en proie au hâle et aux frimas la nuit; et le sommeil fuyait de mes yeux.

I have been in the field; by day the heat hath devoured me, and the cold by night, and sleep hath been parted from me.
