וַיְהִ֖י בְּעֵ֣ת לִדְתָּ֑הּ וְהִנֵּ֥ה תְאוֹמִ֖ים בְּבִטְנָֽהּ׃
Or il se trouva, lors de son enfantement, qu’elle portait des jumeaux dans son sein.
