וְהֵם֙ לֹ֣א יָֽדְע֔וּ כִּ֥י שֹׁמֵ֖עַ יוֹסֵ֑ף כִּ֥י הַמֵּלִ֖יץ בֵּינֹתָֽם׃
Or ils ne savaient pas que Joseph les comprenaient, car il s’était servi d’un interprète.

But they knew not that Joseph understood (heard) the holy language; for Menasheh was interpreter between them.
