Targoum sur La Genèse 7:7

וַיָּ֣בֹא נֹ֗חַ וּ֠בָנָיו וְאִשְׁתּ֧וֹ וּנְשֵֽׁי־בָנָ֛יו אִתּ֖וֹ אֶל־הַתֵּבָ֑ה מִפְּנֵ֖י מֵ֥י הַמַּבּֽוּל׃

Noé entra avec ses fils, sa femme, et les épouses de ses fils dans l’arche, pour se garantir des eaux du Déluge.

And Noah entered, with his sons and his wife and the wives of his sons with him, into the ark, from before the waters of the deluge.
