וּמַֽה־יַּעֲנֶ֖ה מַלְאֲכֵי־ג֑וֹי כִּ֤י יְהוָה֙ יִסַּ֣ד צִיּ֔וֹן וּבָ֥הּ יֶחֱס֖וּ עֲנִיֵּ֥י עַמּֽוֹ׃ (ס)
Et quelle réponse sera faite aux députés des nations? C’est que l’Éternel a fondé Sion et que les humbles de son peuple y trouvent un abri!"
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And what good news will they tell the messengers of the nations? That the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall trust in it.
