יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת יְעָצָ֑הּ לְחַלֵּל֙ גְּא֣וֹן כָּל־צְבִ֔י לְהָקֵ֖ל כָּל־נִכְבַּדֵּי־אָֽרֶץ׃
C’est l’Éternel-Cebaot qui l’a conçu, pour abattre l’orgueil de tout ce faste, pour humilier tous ces grands de la terre.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The Lord of hosts is the counsellor against her, to defile the glory of all the objects of rejoicing, and make contemptible all the nobles of the land.
