Targoum sur Isaïe 13:18

וּקְשָׁת֖וֹת נְעָרִ֣ים תְּרַטַּ֑שְׁנָה וּפְרִי־בֶ֙טֶן֙ לֹ֣א יְרַחֵ֔מוּ עַל־בָּנִ֖ים לֹֽא־תָח֥וּס עֵינָֽם׃

De leurs arcs ils abattront les jeunes gens; ils seront sans pitié pour le fruit des entrailles, sans miséricorde pour les enfants.

And their bows shall strike through the young men; and they shall not compassionate the child of the womb; their eye shall not spare the children.
