נִצָּ֥ב לָרִ֖יב יְהוָ֑ה וְעֹמֵ֖ד לָדִ֥ין עַמִּֽים׃
L’Éternel s’avance pour faire justice; il se présente pour juger les peuples;

The Lord is ready to judge, and to reveal Himself to take vengeance of judgment of the nations.
