Targoum sur Isaïe 32:15
עַד־יֵ֨עָרֶ֥ה עָלֵ֛ינוּ ר֖וּחַ מִמָּר֑וֹם וְהָיָ֤ה מִדְבָּר֙ לַכַּרְמֶ֔ל וכרמל [וְהַכַּרְמֶ֖ל] לַיַּ֥עַר יֵחָשֵֽׁב׃
jusqu’au jour où se répandra sur nous un esprit d’en haut, où le désert redeviendra un verger et le verger sera considéré comme une forêt touffue.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
All these things shall come upon us until refreshing shall come to us from the face of Him, whose Shekinah is in the highest heavens. The wilderness shall become a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be inhabited by many cities.
